Open-plan living area with a marble kitchen island, white oval coffee tables and shuttered windows

Twin Towers

Design shaped by permanence rather than trend, for a family holiday home on Sea Point's promenade. Wood and marble run throughout, chosen to echo the Atlantic light and coastline outside every window, and to age well as the children who use this home grow older.

Living room with a herringbone oak floor, white oval coffee tables and shuttered windows
Entrance hall with a large abstract portrait painting, a brass pendant light and a mirrored wall

Our approach favours function married to permanence: every custom piece, from the TV unit to the bunk beds, was manufactured in-house to suit the exact proportions of the rooms it lives in. The result is a lock-up-and-go home that flows, absorbs what a family on holiday accumulates, and needs no revisiting once the children are grown.

Bedroom with slatted oak wall panelling, an upholstered headboard and three framed abstract prints
Bathroom with a freestanding bath, brass taps, an oak vanity and a blue mosaic artwork

Floors were stripped out and relaid throughout. Both bathrooms were fully renovated, the kitchen refreshed with new surfaces and reworked cupboards, walls repainted and retiled from scratch. A custom TV unit hides the clutter of holiday life behind closed doors. A custom king bed and a double bunk bed were built to the exact footprint of each room, alongside built-in cupboards that claim every centimetre available. Wall panelling and matching headboards tie the bedrooms together, understated rather than decorative.
